The room was perfectly clean and silent and complete with a bathtub. The bed was soft, and there were multi-channel television, tea and coffee making equipment, and a sitting area too.

Friendly and personalized service

During my recent stay at a hotel in the beautiful mountain town, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and personalized service provided by the hotel staff. On the day of my birthday, a member of the hotel personnel went out of their way to seek me out and present me with a card and chocolates, knowing it was my special day. This gesture made my stay even more memorable and I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness.

The superior queen room was brand-new, everything was superb. The breakfast was generous and savoury with good choice of tasty options.

Wonderful and fairly clean place offers delicious breakfast and excellent location away from the main town centre. The room is lovely modern and extremely pleasant and equipped with multi-channel television, tea and coffee making equipment, and a sitting area. Recommend the place, I did not want to leave.

Had a generous breakfast, a recently refurbished room with an exceptional view to the lake. The bathroom was nice sized and beds were good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff at the reception were extremely welcoming and helpful, ensuring a fast and friendly check-in process. Secondly, the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The attention to detail in the room, such as having a bathtub and good views to the mountains, added to the overall positive experience. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide range of food options and a nice view of the lake.

No aspect of my stay at this hotel could be improved, everything was perfect.

The hotel has newly remodelled and silent rooms with a nice view, nice design and balcony. The atmosphere of the property is family. It has good and top location in the restaurant which serves buffet food, in a nice area...

I had a lovely stay at this 4-star hotel. The modern room was quiet, well-appointed, and provided enhanced comfort. The reception staff were excellent, displaying great enthusiasm and providing valuable information about the hotel. The location was great, as it was near one of the cable cars, offering a nice view of the lake from the wellness area. The St. Moritz visitor card provided convenient access to buses and cable cars around the area. Additionally, the hotel shuttle service was a nice touch and made transportation to and from the train station hassle-free. The breakfast was outstanding, the best I had during my entire trip. I would happily choose this place again for my next visit.

The check-in process was at times non-relaxing due to the crowds, especially when other tour groups arrived and made the lobby feel cramped. However, this minor inconvenience should not deter anyone from choosing this hotel.
